Country Director and Lead Consultant at Sung Consultants, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; part time lecturer at the School of Law at the University of Dar es Salaam and Associate Trainer at the MS TCDC, Arusha, Tanzania. 

He is a holder of a Masters of Law in international Law and Law of International Organizations; a Post Graduate Diploma in Law; a Bachelor of Laws and has attended various short term courses. He is an experienced researcher, trainer and public interest lawyer and boasts a two decade long working experience as a State Attorney and strong advocate of human rights from years of working as Director of Advocacy and Reforms at the Legal and Human Rights Centre (LHRC), a lead human rights civil society organisation in Tanzania.

He has engaged in consultancies in various countries in Africa and other parts of the world. He is a member of a number of organisations and professional institutions.
