Launch of The Guidelines on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances in Africa
Kituo cha Katiba welcomes the adoption by the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, of The Guidelines on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances in Africa (EDA Guidelines) and their subsequent launch during its 73rd Ordinary Session held from 20 October to 9 November 2022 in The Gambia.
