Undoubtedly, the two publications are remarkably brief and concise to the benefit of the reader. The Case digest (with only 224 pages) and the Study (154 pages), go a long way in serving as a point of reference for legal practitioners in dealing with election petitions and enhancing their knowledge in preparation of adjudicating election disputes.
The publications are well researched and provide relevant guiding principles on electoral justice. I am aware that the Judiciary started hearing poll petitions on Monday August 16th, 2021 (this week). For this reason the copies are a timely GIFT to the Judiciary, legal practitioners, academia and legal scholars, politicians and the citizens of Uganda who are integral to the democratic governance of our Country.
